Sweet it looks good! looks like miso ramen! or shio ramen!
I think it’s a blend of traditional ramens. It’s not miso or shio or shoyu, but something similar to shio. Absolutely amazing though, and easily the best I’ve ever had. Even better than truly authentic ramen, dare I say it.
